Prolific Queens rhymer Homeboy Sandman is back with a new video, "Human."
Rhyming over Little Simz' song Gorilla, it was recorded over the course of two days while Homeboy Sandman was on tour this past month. The track is produced by produced by Inflo, with the video directed by Art Morera.
“DJ spun the original of this track (“Gorilla” by Little Simz) on Saturday in New Haven," the rappers says of the video. "I found the instrumental on Tuesday morning, loaded it in my phone for the long drive to Nebraska. wrote the song overnight on the trip. laid a demo on garageband when we got to the hotel. rocked the show. shot the video the next day in Nebraska before heading home using the demo. drove from Nebraska straight to the studio to record the official version. Dave mixed and mastered it right after we laid it. sent it to Art Morera (the director) to replace the demo under the video. boom. done. God.”
