LL COOL J served as host of the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards, and the Hip-Hop icon opened the show with a blistering set of hits. With DJ Z-Trip on the turntables, the rapper/actor took the stage at The Shrine in Los Angeles with a medley of classic jams from his iconic catalog.

From "Mama Said Knock You Out" and "Boomin' System" to his classic verses from Craig Mack's "Flava In Ya Ear" remix and EPMD's "Rampage," the host of the night made it clear that he was starting the show with show stoppers. LL closed out his set with the Jabbawockeez dance troupe to do their thing over his always-timeless track, "Rock The Bells."

Of course, LL's performance set the night off on a high note. As for the rest of the line-up, notable performances included Icon Award recipient and frequent LL collaborator Jennifer Lopez, Charlie Puth, Jason Aldean, John Legend and Megan Thee Stallion.
