D.J. Whoo Kid posted to his Instagram page on Monday (2/7) a video of himself in the studio with Snoop Dogg with the caption “Road to B.O.D.R.”, an acronym for Snoop’s upcoming album titled Bacc On Death Row. The clip showed Snoop lip syncing his lyrics in the smoked filled studio as he spit over a Boom Bap drum pattern : “Them east coast ni**as they get that bread bread/you fuck wit them you end up dead dead/west coast ni**as they leave that lead spread/now you got bullets all in your dread head.”

Nas is not present in the session, but his verse is on the track and his logo fills the screen. “If God for me who could be against me/ I guess all them niggas that’s against me/they the ones stirrin’ up the conflict/then try to make it out like I’m conflicted” Nas nonchalantly rhymes. A caption on the screen says that Bacc On Death Row drops February 13th – the same day that Snoop headlines the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show with Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar.

This collaboration is just another in the long list of Nas/Snoop collabs which include “Back in Business”, “Voice of The Streets”, “Play on Playa, “So Cold” and “Get Down.” The Def Jam distributed Bacc On Death Row project is suspected to contain collabs with Slick Rick and Da Baby, based on some of Snoop’s recent social media postings with both artists.
