The tour will now run through December, with upcoming dates in Newark, Seattle, Portland, and Asheville, among other stops. Rakim previously performed at SOB's in NY with Pete Rock in celebration of the classic album, where he delivered fan favorites like “The Saga Begins” and "Guess Who's Back," as well as older gems from his catalog with Eric B.
The 18th Letter came after a five-year hiatus following the release of 1992's Don't Sweat the Technique alongside Eric B. The album debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200 and featured production from Hip-Hop's elite, including the aforementioned Pete Rock, Clark Kent, and DJ Premier among others.
