Phantom labs is suing Kanye West to the tune of 7.1 million for unpaid concert costs. According to TMZ, Phantom Labs claims to have worked with West on several projects between June 2021 and March 2022.

Included in those projects is a listening event for his Donda 2 album and his "Free Larry Hoover" benefit show with Drake. Additionally, Phantom provided services for four of West's "Sunday Service" concerts and did pre-production for his canceled Coachella performance. Though they received initial payments, they were allegedly strung along by Kanye and his team.

Over the period that they worked together, Phantom Productions claims that West amassed a $6 million dollar bill that he has not paid as of yet. After West canceled his Coachella performance, Phantom was hit with a $1.1 million dollar invoice. Ye is being sued for breach of contract, and the $7.1 million, plus unspecified damages. Kanye nor his reps have publicly responded to the allegations.
